Eagle Terrace

Project Size: 3500 sq ft.

Project Completion: 2008

Set against a stunning Rocky Mountain backdrop, this spectacular home breathes luxury throughout but at the same times shows an in-depth and thorough concern for the environment by its use of salvaged material, such as Teak doors.

Creating a visual journey in every direction that is guided by natural light and mountains cape views. This home celebrates the use of natural wood as a finishing medium. Six different species of natural, solid wood including Teak, cherry, African Mahogany and rustic Maple, were selected for their inherent color and patina and were used throughout the interior to provide natural hues and tones that unite the details of the millwork.

Modern details are softened by the incorporation of rich and tactile materials such as Travertine tiles, river rock stone and large Slate slabs, which provides an inviting yet neutral backdrop to the surrounding.
