Assisted/Build 80,000sq.ft of 100 units of suites divided in four building, most units consisting of washrooms, kitchenettes and fireplaces.
This building was built by the most qualified and experienced local trades, it was built in a record time of eleven months from start to finish. Acting as a sub-contractor, our requested portion of this project consisted of layouts, Steel Stud framing on concrete slab to slab, suspended ceilings, insulation and complete drywall finishing.
